Salary details: £28672 - £29577

£28,672 - £29,577 pa plus an essential car user (subject to criteria being met)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated individual to join our Assets and Investment Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of major refurbishment and building works contracts, ensuring that appointed contractors adhere to contractual requirements and standards, and for carrying out stock condition surveys to properties and assets owned by the Council.

Interviews will be held week commencing 22nd February 2021
