Maintenance Officer (Planned & Cyclical)

Salary details: £26421 - £28770

Working within the Planned, Cyclical & Estates Maintenance Section you will be responsible for undertaking a range of health and safety related inspections / checks to Council owned dwellings and associated surrounding areas.

You will also conduct property assessments and inspections in the delivery of the Council’s Home Improvement and Sanctuary Schemes and monitor programmes of work delivered by Contractors ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.
