Mansfield District Council is seeking a warm and approachable Support Worker to support those with complex needs and disabilities as part of a flagship creative project for Cultural Services.

Cultural Services includes Mansfield Palace Theatre, Mansfield Museum and the Council’s creative work across the district with communities.

The role will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Better By Change project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The project aims to improve the representation of people with disabilities in the museum collection, workforce and visitors. This includes managing and supporting employees, volunteers and visitors with disabilities.
